Chef Angus McIntosh moved to Napa, California to work under the famous, Chef Thomas Keller.
Angus was lucky to be part of the new remodel of the kitchen. He was able to work with the new equipment and start new beginnings with The French Laundry team. Angus competed in the USA Bocuse d' or finals and took 3rd in the nation. When he joined The French Laundry he was able to help the winning team prep for the World Bocuse d'or Competition this past January. The Team took 1st in the World, for the 1st time in history.
