Homesteading to me is the perfect word to describe Wyoming and the sense of place that is the Farm at Brush Creek Ranch. Homesteading is about self-reliance and sustainability. Due to our remoteness at the ranch, we rely on sourcing our ingredients for the restaurant in a way that reflects a sustainable lifestyle because we have to think forward in regard to preservation when it comes to growth cycles to ensure we are set up for success.
